Knowledge database services offered by Applied Concepts Software and Consulting, Inc.
We are pleased to offer access to a knowledge database for clients of Applied Concepts Software and Consulting. The database will contain articles about the emPath HR/Payroll product sold by NOW Solutions. The database is available for free to all of our clients for one year after your last payment. For client not purchasing our products or services the knowledge database is available for $1,000 per year. The terms are net 30 days from invoice.
These knowledge database services are based on 20+ years of experience with the ROSS HR/Payroll system and the NOW Solutions emPath application. There are many clients today which benefit from experience and knowledge provided by Denton Harryman.
- All consulting and customization efforts will be reviewed for possible knowledge articles.
- Questions can be posted on the knowledge database
- Up to but not exceeding a total of seven client questions will be answered weekly
- Questions which benefit the most clients will be addressed first
