Highlights from HR/Payroll emPath activity:
- 1989-2008 Contracted with Bowater Inc the second largest producer of newsprint in North America. Provided maintenance support for their HR/Payroll emPath application as the company moved from three paper mills to 12. Currently involved in support of their planned merger and expansion to 32 mills. Provided implementation support, in 1988, for the 76 largest financial deal of the year when Great Northern Paper was purchased. Provided implementation support for multiple other acquisitions.

2003-2008 Contracted with NOW Solutions Development - Worked with HR/Payroll(emPath) clients to define many of the new features delivered during those years. Specifically; preparation of functional requirements, technical specifications, provided guidance to the development staff, assisted in QA testing, and assisted clients with implementations. Features included; Workflow, Field Level Security, Employee Self Service Open Enrollment, and Time clock entry.
- 2000-2002 Contracted with NOW Solutions Professional Services - Worked with clients to deliver numerous custom programs integrated into the NOW Solutions HR/Payroll (emPath) application. A few of the customs were for Workflow, Position Control, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, and Open Enrollment. Many of these customs were generalized and became part of the standard application.
- 2000-2002 Provided professional services consultation on the first NOW Solutions web based solution.
- 1998-1999 Worked with numerous clients to implement NOW Solutions HR/Payroll (emPath) application such that they became Y2K compliant.
- 1998-1999 Provided professional services consultation on the first NOW Solutions NT client server solution.
